-saAPTA Certificate
Starting from October 1, 2006, the APTA certificate implements the new rules of origin, according to the new rules of origin, the eighth column of the certificate of origin is filled in as follows:
(a) For products of complete origin: fill in the letter "A". (No longer use p, the original origin standard is invalidated)
(2) For products containing imported ingredients, the method of filling in is as follows:
1. For products that comply with Article 3 of the Rules, fill in the letter "B" and indicate the total value of raw materials, components or articles of origin in a non-Member State or of unknown origin as a percentage of the FOB price of the exported product (e.g. "B" 50%). (For example, if the product contains imported ingredients, but the imported ingredients come from outside the APAC countries, fill in "?") B", and indicate the percentage of FOB price, if it contains German import content, it accounts for 10% of the total value, which is B10%)
2. Products that comply with Article 4 of the Rules, filled in the letter "C" and indicating the total value of the cumulative content originating in the territory of the Member State as a percentage of the FOB price of the exported product (e.g. "C" 60%). (For example, if the product contains imported ingredients, but the imported ingredients are from APA countries, fill in "C" and indicate the percentage of FOB price.) )
3. According to Rule 10, for products that meet specific origin criteria, fill in the letter "D".
